Josh Sandler grew up in the swimming pool industry and has learned the business from the ground up. For years he worked on crews in every phase of the building process. With a background in construction and a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, he has the foundation to run the day-to-day operations for Gold Medal Pools and the business skills to lead the company’s many teams and broad scope of projects.

Family values, hard work, commitment, and attention to detail remain the core values in Gold Medal Pools’ operations, and Josh is committed to putting those into action every day and on every project – whether it’s a simple pool for a young family or a multi-million dollar commercial initiative.

With Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and experience as Grandscape Project Manager with Gold Medal, Joey is well-equipped to co-lead the business and manage the company’s extensive construction operations. He has been a member of the Gold Medal team since 2018.

Prior to joining Gold Medal, he worked for 11 years at Halliburton Energy Services, most recently as a Global Technology Manager.

With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Harvard University, and extensive experience in finance, operations, and data analytics, Kevin is well-equipped to co-lead the business and manage the company’s complex finance organization.

Prior to joining Gold Medal, he led the finance and data strategies for two real estate development firms, Build To Stay and Sweetwater Companies. Additionally, he worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse and corporate finance at Rexel USA as well as previously led the Global Operations for Gexpro Services, a division of Rexel USA.

Certified by The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Stephanie Caraway brings 30 years of international and domestic experience in all aspects of her field to the Gold Medal Pools team. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.

A graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, Justin brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined the Gold Medal team in 2013, was the head of the residential operations since 2016, and currently oversees residential construction, residential service and maintenance, and commercial service and maintenance for the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He has a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to excellence. His true enjoyment comes with helping our clients bring their backyard dreams to reality.
